Based on CDC recommendations, Avondale libraries are closed until further notice. The health and safety of all who enjoy our libraries remains our top priority. We will continue to provide updates in every effort to give you the latest information. Please know that no overdue fines will be accrued during this time and items put on hold will be ready to pick up as soon as we reopen.

While we are closed, new temporary library cards will be issued via email and phone. These cards will give you access to the digital products available on our website. This includes research databases, testing resources, career guides and practice tests, legal forms and downloadable ebooks, audiobooks, movies, TV series, comics and music.  All e-media services are available at and e-resources are available at .
